Hi, for the price $3555, was the lens bundled together with D700?
Pls advise.

Thanks!!:D

cannot be bundled togetther....
the micro lens is at least $1000 already...
the price stated by the user is definitely for the camera body only... :bsmilie:

hehheeh $3555 for D700 + Micro-Nikkor 105VR? WOW
there'll be a queue at least 500-long outside that shop ;)

like that I will take 3.

Opps! sorry for this noob reply, was thinking too good to be true. :)

Btw, any advises whether which nikkor lens apart from the 50mm is suitable for street/ walk around shots?? the lens that i'll confirm be getting is the 14-24 :)

Pls advise.

Thanks so much!!

50mm is quite a good walkabout lens, i use it for street shots quite few times and quality is sharp, but one thing to note that since its a prime, you have to zoom in the manual way by stepping foward r backward.

Otherwise usually kit lens like 18-55, 18-70, 18-105 or even 18-200 would do a good job too.

erm... sorry but i think you are getting out of topic here... maybe you want to start a different thread about lenses for D700?

the topic is "All about D700 & SB900 Pricing" ;)

wow:think:
good price

wow:think:
good price

but if you add your air ticket, your hotel, etc... then if I'm not wrong there's GST to be paid when you enter Singapore (I think it's anything above S$400)...

would probably be about the same price or maybe more...

however, if you know someone going there for holiday and they can get for you... well it's something that's irresistable...assuming your pal knows where to buy and how to test to make sure you get a good body :)

wah... if this, if that... haiz...

just buy it and enjoy the shoot

cant believe thread post count #500++ to check on price when there is also a nikon price guide...

haiz
