The Nikon bag I got is more like a hand bag, quite small that is just fit the camera and the kit lens. The zip doesn't look it is made to last. I suggest you don't buy any camera bag first until you have got all the lenses you think you'll always bring out to shoot then you decide if you don't want to end up with many bags at home.

Just a price point opinion, if the battery is 3rd party, the value of this freebie, I would consider it to be quite low. Previous MO of D7000 gave original, which I find it more worth.

Call them up or visit our recommended shops in fun an and peninsular. You can refer to our guide for purchasing in the stickies list for a start.

am I right to say that all prices below $1k require to pay by cash?

The market price out there is around 995..... if they quote you more, you can ask them nicely if they can drop the price to match the other stores.... But still best to get from reputable stores like TK foto in Funan or Cathay Photo.... Would prefer TK Foto though... yes, the price should be below $1k if you pay by cash. I got mine $995 cash, not reputable shop but a shop i trust and i know the boss well... haha

Thanks for the info, will go there to compare the price, hope to get the 50mm Len as well

Cathay quoted me the sane price of 995, 50mm about 289. 16g class 10 @ $117. Think will get it from them as they r reputed shop.

I was going to CCK LOT 1 when this car cut in @ 45 degrees. Angry and took this night vision shot using the 35mm f1.8 DX

This is 1 good shot.. Wat were the settings?? Should be quite high iso for that fast shutter speed rite?

Read.... It's a feature in D5100. Which was said, if I did not remember wrong, equilivant to ISO 102400.

If this was on a high ISO, it is looking exceptionally clean!

The camera will auto select the ISO and Aperture in NIGH VISION shoot. The image above uses ISO 6400 and f5.6. Some PP done and this is what you get!...

The D5100 I set to Auto-ISO and min shutter speed 1/60 sec too

Hi guys just got the 5100 kit this afternoon, but found one dust which I suspect on the mirror? Because when I remove the lens I can still see it there on the view finder. Because I just bought it and this is my first dslr cam I dare not blow it or clean it myself, do you think Cathay whom I bought it from will show me how to do it?
