D5100 user...fall in!! Part Two

Went to artwork foto last friday to take a look. Their sling looks comfy n nice but it's hooked to the tripod mount. The one i saw thatnikonguy uses is hooked to the strap hook which i think is more convenience when u want to mount tripod. The handstrap looks nice n comfy as well as cheap....i think la at $25 for leather....

Will look ard for that sling. Anyone got lobang pls share. Got neck ache la doing walkabouts with the neck strap. Thxs.

I'd say hanging the cam to the side is really comfortable for long periods. I don't own the black rapid, m only using a Crumpler industry disgrace but I always sling it to my side when I'm not shooting. Eases the strain on the neck. Of cos, I'm not fast in returning the cam into shooting position since I need to move the strap.

It's still okay to hang d5100 with kit lens by the neck. It is still a lot lot lot lighter than my other camera and lens. Lol

Using the Nikon strap? It does give pain after a while. That's why I changed mine.
