hey guyz, currently thinking of getting D40 to add to the list above :bsmilie:
how much did you guyz pay for the D40 kit?
i really hope that there's gd offer for D40 during comex

It's around this range, depending where you get it and who you're bringing along! Anyway, I don't think Comex is the right place to buy cameras... unless it's a grab-and-go purchase. Though they may throw in some freebies, I'd rather miss the massive crowd and the pressure sales.
Under the sticky, there are also reputable shops where you can do your purchase in peace and sanity intact!

Non F-Pro is the older version with thicker rim. You will more likely to have vignetting problem when mounting the CPL on top of a UV filter.

Comex price will probably be list price $1110. They will throw in some freebies but they will probably be worth less than $1110-$895=$215.

The way I see it, the current AF-S batch lenses are of not much use on a DX sensor, except the telephoto ones.
