The Hougang Chintown is actually located along Hougang Ave 1, just before Lorong Ah Soo.

Not too sure where specifically have the candy floss/cotton candy, you can try that stretch with the Fu Lu Shou Statues, maybe they should have there.

Not really big, just like some pasar malam like that, nothing to shoot, sad to say. A few weeks ago still go some performance by school children, but not sure if there is any in this coming week.

by the way, anyone used to makan beef kway tiao at this coffeeshop in Kovan? very close to the DBS bank. the stall's called Qing Ji.

now its taken over by some other tenants using the same name but the beef kway tiao sucks.

You can go to any HDB Branch Office to buy. Your nearest one is Bishan Branch office at Blk 512 Bishan St 13 #01-524. Alternatively, you may wish to go to the Hougang Branch at 814 Hougang Ave 10 #01-500 which is situated next to the Hougang Mall shopping centre. If you are buying it for the first time, you need to bring along a photstat copy of your car's log card and your NRIC.
