CS page doesn't reload properly all the time

I had mentioned this in a previous thread before, though I can't find the thread anywhere on the feedback section.

Out of about 10 occasions where I submit a post, there might be one instance where the CS page doesn't reload properly. Instead, I only see one of the advertisements on the top left (today it's the lady holding the big poster), and the rest of the screen is white.
Pressing the 'reload' button on my browser doesn't work.

In order to reload the CS page, I go to my bookmarks and click on the CS bookmark, and all back to normal.

Am using Windows 7 Professional, and Firefox 3.6.7
It's not a biggie, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before.
I've had this problem occur on my home PC, laptop, as well as the office PC at my previous company.

Some of us got the same problem 2 days ago. Don't know why. And also after logging out, couldn't log in again later

I have been experiencing this minor "problem" for many months already. At least half a year.

Initially I thought it might be due to Firefox, but I know I'm not the only one who's using this browser

Had the problem two-three days ago also; that was more of a server problem I think. Otherwise, don't have problem.

I encounter this problem pretty much every single session that I'm on CS... unless I don't post, of course.

I suspect its the server's problem too because I have no problems visiting other sites.
Maybe its just a temporary glitch

Or it could be your ISP? I have no problem using CS so far.
You can try google translation page and see if google can load CS page?

Doubt so. I checked with some other CSsers facing same problem with different ISP

The thing that puzzles me is that this problem has occured on many different PCs running different browsers, different OSs, different ISPs.

ISP:
1) Company server
2) Home ADSL
3) Singnet mobile broadband

OS
1) Windows XP Pro
2) Windows Vista
3) Windows 7

Browser
1) IE7
2) Chrome
3) Firefox 3.6x

the green bar at the bottom just gets stuck. I tried waiting for a couple of minutes this morning. Still the same
