CRUMPLER bags

Is 7 million deep enough hold a 70-200F4 IS together with 400D body?

I think not quite fit but definitely can cover the flab... the 70-200f4 w/o the mounted body fits just nice IMO.

Ok that's the deciding factor. I'm going with Whickey and Cox.

Any other bag that will be able to hold 70-200 with body? I hate changing everytime I need to use 70-200

crumpler sucks! i sold my lowepro and bought a crumpler 5 mill. i think my lowepro was so much better. functional-wise but a bit ugly

What lowepro were you using? Maybe you bought the wrong bag for your needs.

Actually I think the 7 mil will do it, just that I'm not sure how tight. Why not you bring your stuff down to the shop to try fitting.

Why I encourage the 7 mil home is due to the fact that if you need a lens from your bag, you'll have to put the Whickey & Cox down, unzip it, get your lens out, then zip it back again...:(

ok.. if you only bring your body + 70-200 without any other lens or flash.. that will work i.e. put it horizonally. Of cos' you need to remove all the inserts/flabs. 7 mil dollar is a big and nice bag with sufficient cushioning.. your cam/lens will feel safe in it :bsmilie:

Take a look at this to have a rough gauge yourself... I have the 70-200 placed in one of the slots of the 7 mil dollar... (left top corner)

Taking out everything from the bag... this is what I have...

Nice set of equipments=)

70-200 with body won't be able to fit it in nicely. The lens already at the bag limit=(

I'm buying the whickey and cox because I travel alot and carrying two bags to the plane can be a pain.

Any Lowepro sling bag can accomodate body + 70-200?

Stealth Reporter D400 and above, although the bag looks

I like whickey and cox too.. but it is a huge bag.. looks weird on me.. I am not so big. the Keystone (smaller version) fits me better but it only holds a 12" notebook :(

I agreed with what calebk mentioned about Whickey and Cox being more cumbersome. I use it solely for travelling and when laptop is absolutely necessary.

I too, am looking at 7 million dollar home as my next purchase for use in SG.

yeah... in fact all backpacks are for travel or trekking purpose.. very seldom used and yet essential when the time comes... :sweatsm:

Would the Hee-Goer fit an IBM R60 and a D100 + 24mm lens? The sample picture looks it might.. hmm..

I've the same setup as u but without the 100mm macro. Both my Ls are put inside with the hood on and if including the lightsphere, my 7 mil home already full le.
