If got $ the 16-35 my 10-22 is an excellent piece of glass, love it to bits. But the tokina 11-16 has goton me thinking of it for a while now also, because of the 2.8.

Thanks for the input. The only reason that I'm relunctant get the 16-35L II is because of the price tag... $2k++ ... The other reason is because I know that the 10-22 and 11-16 are great lens as well. Let's see how much I can rob from my piggy bank next Jan bah.

i still think the 10-22 is good enuf if u gonna be on 1.6x for a sometime.

What series of dry cabinet is yours?
Y do u suspect yours got problem?

it akarui E26D. the Analog Hygrometer remain constantly at 60%, no matter how i tune the knob on the dehumidifier.
it was previously hovering at 45 to 55 .
thus suspecting the cabinet got problem.

My digi cabi also kaput just weeks ago. RH refused to move no matter how extreme i turn the dial. no light also. in the end, brought in for 1 to 1 exchange (thankfully only the dehumidifying and not the whole cabinet).. but the place very ulu. that's for digi cabi la.

i think your dehumidifier unit is a goner. kaput. same thing happened to me recently, the indicator light was out, RH went up to 60-70%. i removed the dehumidifier unit and got it changed at digicabi service center.

remember to open the door of the dry cabi, else the RH will raise to quite a high level.

I just sold my Lowepro SR D300AW.

Looking at Safrotto Domke clone or Crumpler 7 MDH. Which one should I get?

I want the bag to be able to hold 3 lenses (24-105 + UWA + 70-200 f/2.8) + body w/ grip + 580EXII.

Ryan ah, not sure, but if can fit everything into the 7mdh, won't it overload your shoulder? hmm, that's just me la, assuming you'll be walking around a bit with those stuffs loaded? I almost wanted to get the 7mdh if not for the domke which i'm really happy with. IMO the crumpler's not that comfortable with long period usage.

Just to bring my equipment to shoot location and mount everything onto my belt system actually and sometimes to bring out half load for walkabout casual shoots.
