There are some software you can use to help getthem back for you but from the time you delete them from your recycle bin till today,have you save other files or your swap file had gone through some heavy caching...if anything is over written into that same portion of the erased data, you might not be able to get them back...or parts of it could be corrupted.
But no harm trying....there are software that you can use to help get them back for you. I have one at home but I can't recall the name at this time. Maybe will let you know later if you still need it.
