sekali she say, the can design beh swee... not artistic enuff... then she show us a picture of jia jia liang teh, then say she wanted that kind of pattern one...

Hi All fellow photographers,
First, i like to thank everyone sincerely for your support to this hot topic at town.
I am merely the sales person that accepted this job for my outsourced PG.
By the way, the photos are posted by both the bridegroom, Jamerson and bride, Junyi,
not only in the SG Bride but also the Renotalk forums.
On behalf of my PG, we are of the same industry having the same passions for photography.
Being in this line, every of us wish to establish our achievements and recognitions in our work, therefore, i think everyone can understand the feels of my PG now.
It was me who accepted the job at only $250, to be exact. This is not to spoil the market rate, but i did it out of goodwill as the customer, Junyi is a collegue of my best friend.
I appreciated my best friend recommendation, and that's why we did it as an assistance instead of earning profit. Guess everyone can know my profit margin from it.
Jamerson and Junyi had actually requested us to follow "39 East Images" photos.
We understand that every PG style is unique. Also for a photo to look good, it not only depend on the PG skills but also the background and models. Therefore, i did only promise that we will try our best.
If they like "39 East Images" PG style, why didnt they approach them directly?
Everyone understands the market rate well, i guess...
I truly agree that my PG has lots to learn, and he is learning. They commented us to do free services. But, this isnt his first time shooting, is $250 not low enough? Not commiting any professional mistakes of being absent and late, i think the customers had given him a too harsh comment, damaging not only our company reputation but all his morale and confidence.
But, we do learn our lesson from it, although the saying goes "Customers are always right."
Dear all PG in this forum, pls do not treat us as competitors, as everyone is just working for a bowl of rice only. We live for our passion too. Do give me your support and assistance by giving encouragement to my poor PG, who has been badly humilated.
Believing that the whole topic was triggered just becos customers are arent satisfied with
the 100 softcopies returned. High expectation of "unlimited shoots" that caused her disappointment which in turn become a weapon out to start a war.
We are kind of refunding her the photography amount. We can waste our effort, time and transportation cost just to make them happy. But, i think instead of resolving and acceptance, they haven shown their preference of forum to forum posting and attacking.
We are really sad and regret that being kind-hearted has actually led us to what is happenning today.
For all the PGs out here, we have still lots to learn from you. We will remain humble and would welcome your comments for our improvements.
