Ok, I think I'm getting a little confused, cos I always thought that prices in the shops tend to be lower. Am I right to say that the pre-order price is at a level that is unlikely to be matched by the shops?

Where do you think the shops get their stock from?

Thanks bro! Is it too late if I preorder the K5 with 18-135 now? And since the 18-135 will only arrive next month, that means I will collect the K5 body only 1st right?

The DA 18-135mm will only arrive later, so there is no firm price on it yet...

ya i think we have to trust those who already bought... although emjay website is a little bit misleading by setting Kx kit 1 as $899 where u can get in the shop less than $800..

going to pre order my KR now...
