payment by IB is really preferred becos ur id will show up on my statement. nonetheless, if u want to do a cash transfer, u are free to do so. just dat, as PE stated earlier, those who do so have to PM/email me asap with the transfer details so dat i can match it as there is no id shown.

i had a hard time tracking those ATM payees during the last nikon outing cos not everyone was prompt in telling me when they transferred the $, resulting in a lot of last minute confusion when people start telling the organisers they have paid and there's no way we can do a proper check. sad to say, i do believe some people might have taken the opportunity to gatecrash and get away with it.

Please note that exactly on the dateline we will close all payment. Any late payment will be refunded. We did that the last outing, and will do it again, this is to be fair to us especially the treasurer and also other members. I have also received a number of email and PM to be considered if anyone pull out. I have already consolidate the list of ppl. They will be added in at the cut off date to replace those who pass the dateline in payment.
