Clubsnap iPhone app

Annoying ads and unwilling clicks on them, lousy interface ... Anyone agree that it require a makeover ? Any updates coming in soon ?

One of my fav apps though (so that admins don't ban me :-)

Are you gonna help pay for the makeover?
Personally, I find it ok but have to self adjust a little as I swop between HP app to desktop.
 

I am using the android version. Works fine. Maybe u shld change to a better phone instead. Lol
 

Got no issue with the ads because it's revenue for Clubsnap. Afterall we aren't even paying for the app.
 

the app works perfectly on IOS for me...
 

No problem with the app at all. In fact, I'm using it more than on my PC

Yes I love clubsnap, and can't complain as it is free, it's just a personal desire to see it improve.

How can I help with ios code development, I can do for free :-)

Good spirit! Yes there are certainly quite a number of things that can be improve. Especially when used on the iPad, sluggish is one to mention. Placement of some buttons can be improve. Some missing information compared to the desktop version can be improve. Some underlying connection issues can be improve, like a operation retry mechanism. Certainly the inclusion of a rich text editor is good to have.
 

I just wish the interface will take me back to the point just before I send my wall of text if network connection fails, such I don't have to retype everything all over again...

I know it can be overcome with a simple select all and copy, but one may overlook at times and it gets quite irritating...

Can I suggest that starting a new thread in B&S using the app will lead us to the usual format of filling in the details? Starting a new B&S thread using the app now does not follow the format and might be confusing for both the buyer and the seller.
 

I wish I can like a post when using the app just like the normal CS webpage. :-)

Try quitting the app and restarting - we had to update the app backend on our server due to changes in Push Notification system, and I also encountered this error after performing the update.

Quitting and restarting the app fixed it.

Just got the parse error and about the plug-in not functioning again. Is there a fix without having to restart the app?. Using iPhone.
