Ideally, we would like to know at least with 95% certainty of the attendance numbers (mainly for the buffet lunch) at least 1 week before, so the cut-off date (not closing) is tentatively 8th February 2004.

Tickets will still be available for sale at the door on 15th February 2004, but we hope to have at least 90-95% of tickets sold before then.
