Can we have a new classification "Chiobu" & "Yandao" member in addition to "new", "senior", "mod", "admin"..?

This is a very special class with extended privileges. So applicants must submit their picture in their application. And then a poll be conducted for "Accept/Reject". After 1 week, the result will be processed and the member accorded with their new status.

Benefits includes immunity to infraction etc......
