The usual old way travel to Cherating beach is by the coastal road by Mersing. Now is it connected to North-South highway?

Thank you Cheong. Most of the pictures except the last one are sunrise as Cherating is along the east coast of Peninsula Malaysia.

It's still not connected to the N-S Highway although you can drive up to either Yong Peng or Pagoh via NS and travel north-east from there via Segamat.

On the way up, we went via Mersing (Coastal route) and it's a nice drive on B roads.
