actually fr the past comp, they will publish the winning photos on the tue IT segment of Straits Times. No harm done to the original owner

DCA - some one just pointed out in my earlier post dat the organisers can use all the submitted pics without our permission... again? haven't local organisers wised up yet? :think:

mebbe the canongraphers can feedback this to them?
