Do you mean that this only happens to RAW images?

Seems like sensor issue to me but need to verify if this is the only image that is corrupted?

just my 2 cents but the image is a little over exposed and I suspect that the post processing done to it made the image lose some details. the color white balance is obviously a little off but I cant tell if you were going for that effect on purpose or not so that is a minor comment.
