Nicely taken but it seems that you had let your 450D select the AF points. I can see that it selected a few.

Try manually select on 1 AF Point for close-ups.

thanks for the kind words folks!

i did manually select 1 AF point. no idea why it focused on more than 1 point tho. the point i selected was actually to the right hand side.

You may want to try tagging a smaller sized picture if possible. Btw, the shot is too red, a tad underexposed and pretty tight. Is it done on purpose?

im kinda interested to get a 450D soon. Trying to save some cold cash for it. Hopefully to get it soon to embarked myself to the world of DSLR.
Some said that 450D there are some handling issue. So user out there. Any complain for it? Pros and Cons of this DSLR?
Hope i can get some advice from senior out here.

I think it is better to create a new thread for your question.

For me, I do not have any handling issues till date and every camera has it's own pros and cons. Some pple find this camera a tad small for their grip but it suits me just nice.
