At the last thread/season, I was stating I will be holding a basic Using Photoshop to Enhance Your Photos session during my March holiday but I was also thinking if I should push it to this Saturday, 21 Feb.

I need to see the response by Wednesday so that I can plan the venue. Those who are interested, list your response here if you agreeable for this Saturday. I can only accomodate a few of you so I am only opening to those who really need the little knowledge .

Thanks.

hey ryan, would really be interested in your session, but this sat can't, have an event to attend..

I would say that SSS sessions are real fun. Haha.

Yes. It's free, out of my own goodwill and time to share my knowledge.

sometimes hands on is better than theory. If you know what i mean.

It will be more practical than all the time I'm talking. I will basically use what the facilitators did when I attended a workshop on magazine production last year.

It's ok. I am just checking the response cause initially I wanted to hold it during my March Holidays. Since I'm free on this Saturday, I thought why not I just asked for a response if not, I will go SSS already. Hehe! :)

Yup. I knew that you're conveying it to him. I used to learn from the net and not putting it into practice until only about a year back.

It's better to learn from practice but never never :nono: copy those tutorials blindly. It will either distort your images or end up having people commenting that you lifted off a particular tutorial. I managed to dig out some DI wannabes doing it but I'm not naming anyone. Kinda bad. Haha!

Well, I do not believe myself is good or up to the standard of professional DI. I learn the basics then trial and error and then experiment them in my own unique way. I believe no picture is the same, it's only one of its kind. You must create your DI identity for your photos. :)

No worries lah, bro. Your pictures are

i learn from net also. actually everything that i have learnt thus far from webmastering, webdesigning, photo editing all are from net. from there, you emulate, practice and tweak until you find your own style. :)

no different. if you learn live, you will copy what your teacher taught you right? same eventual, just different routes.
