Canon-ClubSNAP EOS500D Shoot-Out - Session 1 - 25th April 2009

Posting the message below on behalf of Canon :-

Canon Singapore would like to apologize over the mix-up of meeting place and miscommunication that took place over last Saturday's photo shoot. More care and planning will be taken into consideration for the next event this coming Saturday, and ClubSNAPpers can look forward to seeing more L-lenses available for testing with the Canon EOS 500D.

The meeting place will be at the Drama Centre (the white house at the top of the hill) at Fort Canning at 9.30 a.m. Please bring your own SD card for shooting with the EOS 500D.

Looking forward to seeing more members at the 2nd May shootout.

But I'm probably gonna skip this Saturday's event. Since its already maxed out at 60, not sure if there's going to be much "hands-on" time, unless they bring 30 pcs of 500D :D

Anyway, I've pretty much decided to get the 500D liaoz, thanks to the hands-on at Vivo. (not going to get enticed or infected by BBB from the L-lenses!)

For those who have attended last Sat event, can you post some photos of the event itself?

For example, how many EOS 500Ds will present. What are the lenses showcase? Besides models, what else?
 

 

Yes, but not sure will it be the same two of them. Photo taken using 500D with 85Lf/1.2 & 135Lf/2.0 (too sharp)
