Just out of curiosity.. I wonder why Parisilk got their stock before any other major Canon distributor in SG and their pricing seems cheaper than the rest. Kinda strange.

Some of the major store like CP or even Edison in SLS already received their stock... however, they are all kit 1 set only...

If you are getting the battery grip. I would rather get the WFT. Reason, need an additional harddisk or thumbdrive to store more files. :sweat:

Hello you can do the same if you want too. I am open enough to share with the rest where and how much I got the 7D and I don't need such a comment from you. :nono: By the way this is a newly release lens and the RRP is $829.00.

I second that as you bought the set and thus free to sell at whatever price you deem fit but just curious, given the availability of 18-200mm already, don't you forsee problem in selling the kit lens (18-135mm) esp with the price quoted? :think:

ParisSilk seems to very quite competitive in camera stuff nowadays.
My BG-E6 was bought from them quite cheap too.

Few sets available, but all reserved and taken up. Will get 100L HIS later (Dec/Jan).

Haven't had much time to play with it yet.

AF microadjustment needed for my 17-55 f/2.8 lens. ~ +5 clicks.

Metering surprises me. Really good. Spreads out all 3 channels nicely.

Grip reminds me of Sony A700/850/900. Superbly comfortable. The way the xxD camera should have always been. Beats the c**p out of D300.

Details will have to wait. Lots of things to test (low ISO banding, AF accuracy, ISO sensitivity, ISO performance etc).

i just got my 7D body from AP ...SGD2450 include GST for cash payment only ..bought another addition 16GB Scandisk CF EXtreme III for SGD 110 .....

now waiting for the Battery grip to arrive ...
