but Canon is too bad. Such a high price but:

No Canon Bag
No memory card. (The memory card does not include in the package). (Click! gives away a 8GB Class 10 card)
No lens book.

Made it to Canon's show room today and tested it. I like it! Remote control works very well from Android, it's relatively light, has a nice grip, well illuminated AF points, the centre AF point is extremely reliable and fast and I prefer the Multi-Controller inside the Quick Control Dial instead of the joystick-style. Obviously GPS didn't work inside the building. ;-)

thks for short review.

Inside the VF, the points are there permanently (60d, rebels), or only show up when focusing like 7d?

I am not familiar with the 60D and the Rebels but the 6D behaved like the 7D just that the 6D focus point's outline isn't that annoyingly thick.

The 6D, 60D, 5DMark2 all share the same primitive type of viewfinder that doesn't make use of transmissive LCD (the type in 1DX, 5D3, 7D). So, all the 6D AF points are there permanently in VF.

Finally I can swap the focus screen again. :-D

the wifi feature was a gimmick at first i tot. Im seeing a lot of opportunities one can use.

can put 6D on balcony shooting star trail, stars overseas, while u lie on bed and periodically check on yr phone if clouds or condition have improved. no need stand there with camera all the time.

shoot causal photo in tough conditions and whatapps the photo immediately. sometimes i just want to show something causal but iphone AF too slow n too noisy.

shoot, compose, adjust everythingy and focus with your phone without running back and forth to see VF when u want yrself to be inside photo.

shoot your pets without them seeing you

finally, SPY people

Yes, wifi has IMMENSE possibilities. It's like live-view. Sometimes it's hard to imagine what one can do with it. :D

I just got home, long day at work man. The battery is charging now. I'll help to upload 1-2 full res high iso raw files once there's enough power.

Then it's time to gaffer the crap out of the little baby.
