Bro can you advise why you say that?
Comparison of canon-5d-mark-iii-vs-5d-mark-ii
Comparing the 2 models specs wise:

AF 61/41 9/1 Major plus!!!
LCD 1.04m 920k +13% Ok good
HDR Y N Good
Seals Y N Good

Price 3.5k 2.2k WTH!!!
As a user of the 5D2, I mainly use it for landscapes, portraits, events, etc...
The additional focus points is good, but its no deal breaker, I can still live with the 5D2.
The higher ISO performance is quite something if the samples are anything to go by.
Higher fps is good, but I still can't do sports without missing a couple of shots.
HDR is good to have, but I can still do it in PP.
Weather sealing: my experience with the 5D2 is its good even in rain/snow, so no big deal.
So if you ask me, the KEY advantage of the 5D3 is its high ISO/low noise performance. This feature is mainly useful IF you shoot indoors or in really low light situations in pubs/night performances and such. If you shoot sunrise/sunset with a tripod, again this feature is no deal maker, especially if you consider the price.
That's why to me, I'm more interested in the 1Dx which hopefully Canon will release at more realistic/competitive prices against the competition. If the 1Dx pricing doesn't come down, then I may reconsider the 5D3 when the price is more reasonable, but at the current asking price for a 5D2 user, its not blowing up my skirt.
So if Canon is seeing this, wake up!!!
