Wide Angle or Ultra Wide Angle for landscapes but then again, having said that, I also use my 55-250 to capture a single subject for landscapes that is too far away from me.

Here's one with my 55-250 tele:

Just wondering .. I thought the limit for each thread is 50 pages? I am only asking it 'cos I noticed the 1000D Photo Gallery thread is already at page 50. Wondering if someone should move it?

Woo. I will be joining you guys. Coming down with Jimmy after his visit to J3:16. ;)

See you guys later.

I'm facing these problems now...

1) Which 3rd party speedlite to buy? Budget $200 only;p

2) Which lens to bring for holiday? I hv 18-55mm, 70-300mm and 50mm;p

3) Tamron 18 - 270mm good or not? How much?;p

Hope you guys can help...

that's all for now... thanks

1) Sunpak PZ42X (~ $210) / Nissin (~ $250). I have the Sunpak.

2) Bring your kit lens. Bring the zoom if you going somewhere to shoot wild life / street.

3) Read the reviews. Don't know too much about this lens as yet. Not a big fan of superzooms.
