let me think about it for awhile, i might be getting. maybe we can share.. i let u know again.

ok sweet! lets do a group buy!!!

This is what I copy from other review :"The Production version of the V5 will have a hole in the hotshoe for the SB600's locking pin, so the SB600 won't feel so loose and slip out. This is one of the changes that was made during the review process."

Only on the SB600? A little unfair wouldn't you agree? :bsmilie: I've sent them an e-mail, so shall wait for what they say and will post the reply here

I think there are still professional who buy that la. Cause it is industry standard, has been proven through many condition. As the review, this trigger did stop work in the occasion that is too hot ( maybe his sample only ). What I want to say is that these thing serve different demand: PT-04 someone who just want to play to understand it, sometime pop up the trigger for fun. Strato, rf-602, cactus v5, etc suit someone like me, who seriously want to play with strobist, and amatuer. PW is best for real professional, who earn money on this. IMO, if u do not earn money by this, these kind of thing is enough.

Count through the pages, quite a few want it alrd. Is anyone willing to order a bunch.

I think we should do more research on this: http://www.flickr.com/groups/strobist/discuss/72157626030658538/ . This trigger seem to have real problem with heat.

Yes, as I have noted with my shoot on sat, this happened to me once. And only to one of my triggers. I think that was because they

Today I tried again with am impromptu shoot with my girl friend for about 45mins in the noonday sun, but everything was ok.

His theory looks plausible, see as I also tried swapping batteries and the only thing that revived them was just time in the aircon delifrance.

I'll report if I find out anything - although I'm not about ready to subject it to any stress test at this point

Good point I don't think I did. I'll see if I can change that tomorrow when I get back to my comp. Working from iPad now.

As far as I can tell, my units still do not have the locking pin hole for the SB 600.

but it kind of ex$$$ to me leh.Maybe I'll think about it.
