why not the noob just pm any oldbie and ask questions
noob normally shoots everything and are interested to try everything
b4 deciding on what he/she wants to shoot.

I am really a noob by your defination.
But I am more of a lone shooter, so hard to find oldbie to teach me :cry: .

you can still shoot alone, but if you have questions you can pm the oldbie for some info
of post the questions in the newbie forum and send us a link
so that other noobs can benifit as well

I volunteered as a young "oldie" because I had learnt a lot from ClubSNAP.

I think I am a suitable person to help real newbies who want to know more about the basics of photography. E.g. aperture, shutter speed...
I have experience with Canon A80, Nikon F60 and Fuji S2Pro (just got this... still exploring).
