If the problem lies with the fuel supply, that means S Pwr isn't at fault, but then how should SPwr tackle this?
1) source for an alternate fuel source as a back up. This would mean laying a new pipeline for alternate supply
2) build large fuel storage for the Pwr Stns. Then again construction cost $. Not to mention buying extra land for such purpose.
All these cost $$$.....from where? :think:

aiyah... i think no adjustment... and I think telephone compaines hope blackout come often... so everybody panic use phone... they earn $... jus now use phone tell me: NO NETWORK... kao...

Just goes to show how we, Singaporeans are so dependent on electricity. If news of this spread beyond Singapore, Terrorist would have a new target already! Sigh.......
I remembered searching for torches, candles and matchsticks when it blacked out while i was cooking macaroni......kind of funny when you can see your macaroni all of a sudden.....
