A handphone signal router need electricity to work, if mass black out like this I belive some router base also affected. Well, it's only few minutes black out not too serious. Some people still living in places without electricity, so I believe we should be grateful.

Just now heard from the news report that it is not because of power down that causes telephone network to down, it is because too many people is calling and SMSing each other about the blackout. :bsmilie:
