Good thread. Taught us product shoot, con-job, businesses etc. with "live" people involved.
TS, felt sorry for your losses. Get over it & do some simple+quick shoot for your products using some tips spoken here. Do you have a simple digital camera?
I'm sure we can offer some quick tips for you to DIY.
Tough luck & very time consuming on hunting down people like him with court order but if you want to make life miserable on him, go ahead but you must perserver. I've been cheated in excess of S$100K in businesses, some local, some overseas and often impossible to retrieve.
There was once, the wife claimed that they are having a divorce, nothing to do with her, cries & they're trying to sell flat to pay debts. Proceeds will be refunded after that so we gave them time but then she turned against us, hurled us vulgarities & said we stupid, see us in court! Turned out they're together in the scam.
We pay money to learn experiences in life, especially in business. So, learn this episode in stride & move on. Good luck.

if you want to add dust spots must do a slight gaussian blur you know

Nah, added the blur already, add some noise as well. Was thinking of using pen tool to keep his face intact, but decided it is to troublesome to do. Interesting thread and constantly reading it for more updates.

Apart from the liabilities, the main difference is the way you will be TAX. SP will be taxed under personal income tax rates, in excess of 320k of chargable income, will be @20%. Whereas Pte Ltd, under the coporate tax rate, now standing at 17%.
Assuming high chargable income of 320k, better for business to be registered as PL, less profitable ones remaining as SP will incur less tax expense.
PL can also claim capital allowances for the investment in fixed assets etc. take note, your Net profit for the business usually is not the the taxable income as adjustments need to be made
