CASE is quite useless IMHO. They take in reports, and usually not much action is taken.

If TS want to pursue the matter, I strongly suggest going to small claims court.

CASE handles cases where the consumer are involved. The threadstarter is not a consumer but is contracting as another business entity.

there is a different between his company owes people money and he owes people money.

if a company owe you money and unable to pay up, you can put his company under receivership. but a $2 company........ lol

What catchlights said, exactly as a P/L company is a separate entity from the person.

As above, separate entity. A sole proprietorship is essentially just and still you. A P/L company is another you.

i only pity his wife and his children. they are the innocent ones, yet daddy's wrongdoings have now put them in such a state. my heart goes out for them.

Till this point we all assumed this piece of character got wife and children. He never pity the threadstarter's family when he did this. If I remember reading correctly the threadstarter was pregnant and perhaps at an emotional and physical disadvantage during that time when he preyed on her.

He also never pity on Mr Chng's few years ago.
