Actually his interest is why is the group so inactive, nt so much on the deletion of grp.. Despite having so many ppl inside.. his post is usually the highest... haha :bsmilie:

Nope.My interest is on who's joined the group and who didn't.Cos only some people i know.Others never hear before...

Deceided to keep the flickr group(Bopian cos need everyone to leave then i can delete the group) and open another one in CS.Now need everyone's opinions on whether the group in CS should be public or invite only

Based on the progress of the group, leave it open.. more ppl can leave their comments n pics rather than being just in the group..

Just need everyone's opinion on whether to 'public' or 'invite only' the CS one...

Keep it closed, less ppl post but ppl more inclined to identify themselves and join. I think mayb ur need to publicise ur group more to the ppl who join ur gatherings. Maybe give them the group address on paper at the gatherings? or PM them..?

see how much work u wanna put in lor. once the group hit a certain number, posts will generate itself. :bsmilie:

but i prefer to keep it open in the long run.

Planning the next one on the 24th July.Will be going to S'pore Philatelic Museum and National Museum of S'pore.Group size will be no larger than 20(Cos 20 and above need booking)including guides.After that will be going to S'pore Art Museum(CS Live 2010!)

I would suggest that a Beginners' Shooters News letter should be created monthly, with best pictures taken through the outings orgainised, I feel it's pretty more like a photography club, sub into a tiny thread in CS. Thus, people would be more interested in joining this group's outing after reading this newsletters.
