From what I know.

Admin look out for members that fit their set of criteria. Then they will approach the member to see if he/she is willing to volunteer this/her time as a mod.

If member agree then that's it he/she become a mod.

And no mod do not get paid at all. Hope that has answer your question.

We are not paid for our time that we put in doing our job as moderators.

Mod are also human, we got 24hrs a day, 60 mins an hour, 60 secs a minute, we shared the 86400 secs like everyone else.

If we have spare time, we should be out shooting, spending time with family, attending to our own matter but still we choose to serve as moderators because of our passion.

Do Not undermine us moderators for people with spare time. We have work and life outside Clubsnap too.

Heard some xin sheng from the Mod. I never thot it is easy to become a mod. I think especially when come to certain decision making, some time it become pretty hard for the Mod. Worst if you are going against your shooting kaki or friend.

Btw OT a bit what abt sernior member? how to become 1? Me just curious.

U need to be a mbr for at least 3yrs with a minimum of 2k post. (hope i'm correct)
