I'm not saying these are normal prices, and by the way, you only mentioned the iPhone above, and I am not familiar with the different versions nor the pricing. I'm just raising a possibility here.

Anyway, I found his posting on another forum, and the prices are indeed too low, so I'll agree with you that he is a scammer.
