What is the best battery brand for Nikon F80?
it came with Sanyo CR123. Should I buy the same brand in the future or other brand like Energizer Photo?

Why not get the battery grip to use AA batts ?

i think it's a 100+ ... not sure about the price.

AA batts can be rechargeable types mah, more economical

Don't forget about the weight too! Adding the weight of 4 Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries to a camera is no joke!

I'm using them now...wat to do, nothing's perfect!

Sanyo seems fine...just make sure that if you know you'll not be shooting for quite while, just make sure to remove the batteries...it may leak and explode! Muahahaha

You can use ANY brand of CR123 battery. Not necessary Sanyo brand, I prefer Energizer. I think Sanyo is a bit cheaper (lower price) compare to Energizer. They are all compatible with your camera.

Buying the battery pack is a good idea, as it gives more hand grip to the camera and making it more stable to hold. F80 is such a small camera...without battery pack, it seems like a toy...

Price of the battery pack (MB??) is S$110+- at CP. Invest once and you will save lots of money on CR123, especially if you are using built in flash often.
