Banned for no reason...

We have looked into the matter and the deregistrations were wholly based on the past infractions and warnings by the Moderators which we did not follow up until now due to our schedules.

The deregistration of the previous accounts stands, and you are welcome to participate with your new account and to be mindful of the guidelines upon which we operate.

You cannot have two IDs registered under the same IP. The CS system detects clones and bans you immediately. Let's say you and your wife are using the same PC. It accepts only one. If your wife registers and submits her new application, both will get banned.

Further to my earlier reply, we have had additional discussions with the other Administrators and members of the Senior Moderation team, and we are pleased to inform that we are reversing vince's deregistration.

After careful evaluation and deliberation, we have come to the conclusion that the deregistration was not necessarily the best course of action that could have been taken with regards to vince's particular situation, and could have been avoided.

With that, we will now deregister the g-mat account as it is no longer required.

Darren is an Admin and does not usually get involved with moderating,

however it seems this was serious enough...

You can always trust the mods and admin, they wouldn't just ban you for no rhyme or reason.

True. Because even amongst the good also have hidden baddies. So shant because of one incident then label all admin/moderators as baddies.

yup if you're unaware, as a mod, you have access to a mod's room

where they discuss infractions and bans... so it's not on impulse kind of thing

they do discuss.

But that gives me a big "?" why Vince on was banned in the first place then revoked if they need "votes" or majority to ban account. :think:

Anyway that doesnt matters. Finally someone grievance has been addressed is the important part, or a happy ending. :bsmilie:
