In B+W terms, all refers to the metallic mount and have nothing to do with optical quality:
XSPRO: Thin profile with front thread
FPRO: Standard profile with front thread
SLIM: Ultra thin with no front thread, thinner than XSPRO (usually a plastic cap will be provided)
Do note that SLIM (in caps) does not equal to XSPRO! Many users confused or use SLIM interchangeably with XSPRO which is incorrect. For example, there is actually a SLIM UV MRC filter from B+W, but it is not common as there is no front thread and users tend to avoid them as they prefer to use their own lens cap.

There are too many type of lens in the market, it's hard to pin point which lens will have vignetting issues if FPRO is used. Generally, if you are on UWA lens with FF sensor, choosing XSPRO and SLIM will be a wiser choice. Other than that, FPRO will generally be sufficient. However, it's really depends on the lens design and the camera body you match with. You may try the FPRO on the spot and see if it give you any issue, no obligations.
