I just got print today. It is fast service and good service.

Just got back from there 10 mins ago. Major dissappointment.

The first post states 1-10 prints, yet when I wanted to do 1 4R print, I was told they don't do 1 print job(s). Next, the guy (in bermudas and t-shirt) informed me their printer is offline.

I hope they can brush up their service level a bit. They sounded very knowledgable on HWZ when they advertised there, but what I encountered wasn't very professional (attire).

Luckily I work nearby only, I can afford to drop by. Was thinking of looking at how this 4R print would turn out so that I can send another bulk of hundreds in this weekend. Guess I'll have to go to elsewhere this saturday.

There seems to be a misunderstanding, reason for not doing a 1 print job on the day was due to the Frontier being offline for a laser unit calibration by Fujifilm.

We do provide test prints (in 4R gloss/lustre, with/without correction, typically across a maximum of 3 images of your choice) for FREE, should you have indicated your intentions for successive bulk prints.

As far as our attire is concerned, you've caught us on a "maintenance day", our sincere apologies.

The Frontier was offline was due to a calibration service to the laser unit by Fujifilm.

As someone who's used their services before, I'd say that this is one PRO lab. If anything, they know their stuff. Better then most FDI labs. With pre-press service capability - that's not something the rest of the labs have. Definitely not some housing-estate-with-bimbo-counter-staff type of place.

Service quality, by my personal experience, was excellent. The young printmeister showed me test prints of my images before proceeding to accept my order. My multiple 12R prints have been excellent.

I have no regrets going out of my way (I stay in Tiong Bahru) to print at such a good place. And I'd recommend pros to give this lab a very serious consideration. It is, and will remain one of my choice labs to print at. I trust them, their service and their quality.

Hi, not to argue, but when I mentioned I wanted to do 1 4R print, you informed me with : "We don't do single prints" (paraphrased). This shocked me because I read the first post that mentioned - "1 - 10 prints - 45c".

I can accept the printer offline for whatever reasons it's ok since there's always downtime involved, what I can't accept was the misinformation that "don't do one prints" and just "printer offline".

As regards to attire, it's just me. It gave me the feeling of being a neighbourhood shop, something I dread because I had bad experience with neighbourhood shops so I only go for professional labs now.

As for test prints, I don't believe in doing it for free, I never had that thought, I prefer to pay to see what sort of images would come out.

Please understand that my expectations was very high as you were a pro lab. However, the shop's furniture design, lack of aircon ( ), "no 1-print" and attire put me off by quite a bit.

No doubts they know a lot, I'm just airing my depression because I thought they don't do 1 prints as Darren has mentioned in the first post. If I'm that petty, I won't have gone back to KT even though I've met with mishaps there myself.

You know where I stay, Macpherson is nearer than KT or BM to me, not to mention I work only across the busy macpherson road. A trip to KT/BM and back is 1 hour 45mins. To Aspario, it's only 20mins, which I'd prefer? Was just dissppointed with the "no 1-print" told to me.

However, image (both prints & lab) does matter to gain attraction, that's what I was looking out for, guess I'm too high in expectations.

Anyway to "guy in berms & tees", I've misunderstood the intentions, my apologies, I've however, made my way to BM/KT to do my prints already.
