'Just for Laughs' on TV Mobile I think is the only best show they showed.......laughing is healthy!...think endorfines.....

The frogs are REALLY irritating! It's length is very long, watch it one time is enough. Whenever I see that appear in TV Mobile, I'll switch myself off. :angry:

Anyway local TV is really getting from bad to worse. Ever since we subscribe to cable, we've never switch back to local TV. The quality shown (even in cable's basic channels) are so much educational and meaningful. Yes I'd even comment that local TV programs are meaningless - What can our citizens learn from it? For the price of cable TV, it's very much a steal in my opinion.

Mediacorp have no budget for new shows? Are we short charged for the TV licence we are paying? Honestly, I had been watching DVDs only lately as I dont find the Dramas on TV interesting.


Move on Mediacrop, give us a break. If I own Mediacrop, I would sack the program manager first. Very bad taste and back dated programes.

Do a series on photography. I'm sure the big brands would be happy to sponsor it and we will be happy too.

True TV started and ended with SPH MediaWorks.
The dramas are so predictable, characters stereotypical, and 'standard' few personalities. :sticktong

Conspiracy with Telco to squeeze money from people who vote.

Can they lower the cost for each vote.
Can they do it such that 1 phone no. only entitled to 1 vote.
Can they don't have 翻身战.
Can they reveal the poll results in figures.

Glad that I am with the majority. Programmes nowadays are targetted towards making more money out from teenagers. Look at the idol shows. Majority of the voters are teens I think. I dun give a hoot about the results. Watching national geographic is a lot better as I can understand what is happening around the world.

that's the whole point! grooming some talents and making money outta the commercials in between and sms&calls from teenagers. the only talent i think would be chen weilian.

and singapore can't produce any good shows with great lines. csi,grey's anatomy, GILMORE GIRLS and desperate housewives. are given worldwide recongnition.

The Frontline (the terrorism show), Seventh Month are the only good shows I can think of. Both are by SPH.

MCS, their dramas CMI one...
