just for your reference, i called CP before to ask for the price of 1 filter and they held me on the line for more than 10 minutes, after which i gave up and didn't bother to call them back.
But does it mean CP has bad service? I hardly think so!
And I have bought one of my lenses at John 3:16 and the service was fine. Didn't feel painful to pay $20 more for my lens but its just a pity they're not opened on Sundays
Its just bad luck la!
