Actually, the underlying OS of the MAX OSX is a Linux OS. In theory, any viruses for Linux can also infect a OSX.

But I agree with Nichole. The Mac is heaps better than a PC. My dad has a Mac Mini Duo which he uses to do video editing and post production of his holiday videos. I would suggest the Duo with at least 2GB memory. Be aware that if you want to use the Mac with Photoshot, you are limited to the Photoshot CS2 which cost about S$1,200. I've not seen a Photoshop Elements version for the Mac :thumbsd:.

Cheers

Bumpz~~ Bumpz~~

Some pics I took from Kent Ridge Hill today (in the slight haze). My 1st attempt at nature and panorama with a DSLR.

Pic 1 - Chameleon (taken rather hastily as Kun Cheong)
LargeLizard.jpg

Pic 2 - Pasir Panjang Port from Kent Ridge Hill
KentRidgePark.jpg

The panorama seems to have a "join" mark. I used the Canon Photo stitch to join the pictures and all the pictures were taken with manual mode (both aperture and shutter speed were fixed). Any idea why there is that line?

Cheers

slight different exposure of ur photos cause the line to be visible when transiting from one photo to another...
another reason might be the overlapping of 2 photos which caused the darker line..
a way is to adjust ur exposure before stitching for the first scenario or use photoshop and fade out the line to the surrounding

Thanks for the advice bro. Will try to do it though not too sure how to use Photoshop for that . I'll see if I can "remove" the lines.

Yo Nicole,

Was that a bee in your pic 1? Awesome. How did you manage to capture it? Were you using a long lens? I'm personally afraid of being stung :sweatsm:.

Cheers
