You can use Panasonic/Lumix "CGA-S005E" or 3rd party equivalents for that. The Panasonic one lasts as long as the original Ricoh. Have not tried any 3rd party ones.

Hi Nightwolf,
the best pouch I found to hold the camera and EVF (EVF detached) is Lowepro PV AW. Couldn't find a small pouch to hold camera with hood.
To fit in the lens adapter and hood would make the camera too bulky. I think it is better to carry the hood separately.

thanks, man! dats wat i suspect too... haiz...

i came across the optech neopren camera waist pouch over at CP. looks and feels nice, and seem to be able to carry the cam + hood. but i din like the button fasteners a la handphone pouch style. i would prefer velcro straps cos it's less likely to detach themselves when i squat down... :embrass:

Actually you can get the pouch and get it modified.
Unit #02-173 at Army Market, Mr Cheong should be able to sew on those velcro or plastic clips on the optech pouch. ;)

Amazing what the GX100 can do handheld and with flash.
Unadjusted straight out from cam.
The picture can be enhance with unsharpmask and looks amazing with details.

hi. anyone knows where to get 43mm filters or step up ring?

the usual places like CP, alan, TK, mscolor etc... shld have the step up ring. i got my 43-52 at TK. AFAIK, for 43mm filters, u might have to ask CP or TCW. 43mm is really odd sized.. think it was meant for the old RF lenses.

Care to share how much it costs? Also, is it metal or plastic? ;)

Actually 43mm not so uncommon just that most photo shop don't stock them as they are mainly for video cam.
You can even get them at Harvey Norman at Funan but those are not good quality ones.
May be better to get a step up ring i.e. 43-52 or 43-46 or 43-49. Most would use a 43-52 because 52mm filters are common and easy to get. Much cheaper too.
