Rinaldi is correct, that's F31 in front of the viewing mall... It's on the right hand side, so I'm not sure if the completed viewing mall encompassed it. I know it's been shrunk. Damien can confirm that info though.

Good morning to all who are still at home...

Today's active runways is 02L and 02C... so please don't go to Changi Beach... :bsmilie:

It's a lottery really... at T1 you can see aircraft landing on 02L, T2 you can see 02C and the gate. Personally, I'd try T1 and then go to the gate later. That way, you give myself a good chance to catch the touchdown. At T2, it would've touched down long before it reaches the viewing mall so you'll only get taxiing shots at the most anyway.

Sadly, I'm at work. I'm hoping it lands at 02L cos it'll only be 200 metres from me...

These few weeks all aircraft are landing facing north... so it's most likely 02L or 02C. You can forget abt Changi Beach. Wrong side. Changi North is a good place to catch an aircraft landing 02L.

02C is 4000 metres while 02L is 3260 metres.... so my guess is 02C. Which is sad, cos I work in Changi North, just beside the threshold of 02L.

I think it depends on wind directions too...

Haha....they actually done up the departure gate to accomodate /greet this aircraft...at F31....i think thas what i notices the lat time i was passin git...a couple of week back...
