AIPO Dry Cabinet Distributor (Singapore)

This is very disappointing. It's as though Ms Mok or anybody in AIPO TECH (if this even exists in Singapore in the first place) has disappeared.
Despite email-ing and calling numerous times, I'm still unable to get a status on my dry cabinet and I get the unnerving feeling that I had been cheated of my hard-earned money.

I strongly urge the moderators of Clubsnap do look into this if this distributor still exist or willing to carry on doing business at all.
If there is indeed any problem with AIPO TECH, please lock up this thread and prevent AIPO TECH or PROLING Technology (Their Malaysia company) from cheating anymore of innocent buyers.

nope, waited for a week, no news so I went back to the shop to get a refund
he was "shocked" that they took so long. I probably wasn't the first one to complain to him though

How can u trust supplier like this one!
I really dont believe that they dont have people to answer all customer concern.
Because 1st and foremost i can see that they keep on answering thru pm all people who ask for quote, but did not take time to do AFTER SALES SUPPORT.
This is really UNFAIR!

I had mine, spoilt, given a new adapter and still not working. then sent in for repairs and now they went awol.
the phone number given on the first post in this thread is useless. no one picks up. after a while it diverts to another number. =\

Well apparently Ms Mok has switched off her phone so I guess all warranty is screwed.... Sgcamerastore says they have stopped dealing with Aipo since a year back and are unable to contact them. Can we go to CASE for this matter? Shall we start a thread for all of us who have been duped by Aipo?

It's a good idea. I was thinking of going to the police at first.
I just did a search on ACRA and turns out AIPO TECH is registered under biz reg no: 53157758M

I bought my dry cabinet from Tago Tech and has asked them to help me to contact the distributor, but the same case, they have been unsuccessful as well.
 

Yes, my model was 68EX which cost me $268.
I don't usually regret my purchases, but this time I'm really disappointed and regretted by decision in choosing AIPO.
I should have gone for the other one which is more commercially available.

I believe u have a point. But this is too unfair to customer. The item is not cheap! Right?

well have being trying to contact miss mok for the warranty , but no responds , lucky a ex dealer help me solved my problems of my cabinets , but i think i will give up this brand since the distributor cant be bother at all , also tried to contact the HQ in china , but ask me to pay for the shipping charges for the items .
 

i was told Miss mok and Proling Technology the distributor in malaysia are brother and sister .
 

that's an interesting info! i have googled for proling technology and found several forum posts on them selling the dry cabinets.

wrangler, may i know where did you buy your aipo dry cabinet from?
