Advice for where to repair and clean camera

Hi all, I am thinking of making a trip to clean my camera's view finder , sensor also to replace the focusing screen.

i)May I seek advice where maybe a cheaper and safe options?

ii)How much roughly am I looking at to replace the focus screen, cleaning of sensor and view finder and maybe changing of shutter(optional) ?

I am currently using a 5D mark 1( Yes it is an antique :sweat

What's wrong with Canon Service Center? Prices for cleaning can be found on their website, for spare parts you can call them.
Btw: cleaning viewfinder is a bit pointless. It's not designed to be dust proof, dust and particles come and go without affecting the images.
