Email them again. I got mine last month. I am sure they must have been overwhelmed by the responses.

bro, u are right. they forgot my upgrade request. strange as it sounds... they really did. the fella promised to bump my request up to the 'relevant authorities'... whee...

My reply was unfavourable tho. They said my purchase was BEFORE the free upgrade date, so I'm not entitled... Oh well...
