it said that you are to email to them and and also attached the receipt

Well, I believe mine too about 1 month from emailing initial upgrade form to delivery. Could be 1 1/2 month, I forgot....

I got my CS4 this afternoon!!!

it allows the usuage of both CS3 and CS4 after install..
but have to upgrade the graphic driver..:bsmilie:

by the way, it dont come with Premiere CS4 but this time comes with Bridge CS4 and one interested add on known as Adobe Media Player..

Just put in the form. I believe it is the product's serial number that will indicate the education version. But what the heck, try it. If they give, good for you, if they don't , well... you tried.

cos i try to do it, there are no poly in the select box...

1 thing that may be impt to some ppl is, Camera RAW support for new cameras! I believe there will not be any new updates for old versions of Photoshop, incl CS3.

i just found out that i couldn't find my scanner in the "import" of photoshop cs4 on mac bcos adobe took out that plug-in and a few others for the mac ver.

mac users pls take note.

Email them again. I got mine last month. I am sure they must have been overwhelmed by the responses.
