well high iso is not the strength of the sony dslr. and this is their 2nd entry level dslr, whether u realise it or not
in comparsion, a-200 is a big step over the a-100 in term of noise, for us it good enough already
having coming from the canon system u seem diao:bsmilie: hao lian;p like one of mine aquaintance always boasting the high iso ctrl... :bsmilie:

Auto pop-up flash
In Auto and Scene Selection modes, the built-in flash pops up automatically whenever it is needed. Even when you're shooting outdoors in daylight, if the α200 senses that a subject is backlit, the flash will pop up to provide additional illumination. Flash power is rated GN12 (85mm, ISO100·m), with wide enough coverage to allow use with an 18mm fisheye lens.

The A100/A200 is of a different class from the A700.

If you already have the A100, stick with it as the improvements in the A200 seem minimal. The A700 is definitely a huge upgrade, but it's also about $1k more expensive than the A100(currently). Do you need the extra features and durability? What do you usually use your camera for? Leisure? Work? How often will you use it? 500 or 1000 shots per month or more?

just hope it wrong info otherwise how are they going to market their stuff when competitor come up with a 12 meg, liveview entry dslr?

I think it should be lower than that. According to reviews the street price is US$900 for the dual kit set and US$700 for the single kit set. :dunno:
