Hmmm... I think MSC got really surprised at the response from the market. Just an update... in the US and overseas, there is really body only packing. Interesting...

Alright... hope I don't sound like a wet blanket, have the new E-410 owners noticed any form of 'banding' with the new sensors? I hope not, as the new sensors are performing so well at high ISO, it will be a letdown if there are 'banding' issues...

I wonder what reveiwers will say about the 4/3 system now... ;)

Probably that the E-410 proves that Olympus isn't serious about the format if they are now making toy cameras...it's so small and light that you can't hold the camera steady.

I hate the user interface of E410 but Iq so...

Yes but for women photographers who want to move on beyond point n shoot, it's light and also aesthetically pleasing! Best of all the compact size and weight.

For those who have not handled the E-410 yet, I strongly urge you to try it before making any more assumptions. I was so surprised at how well it handled.

Agree. :)

Handling's great, construction very sturdy (much more so than the E-500) even though light.

Yes mike, I know your post was purely tongue in cheek. :bsmilie:
(I wonder what will phil say about it... they didn't get a sample early enough??)

ha ha ha... These guys were probably born after the OM series era.

I was concerned that some might not understand that, that the emoticon I chose meant I was playing devil's advocate, unknowledgeable reviewers being the devil.
