it's most probably stated in international timings. u hav to consider the additional 8 hours for the local time in singapore.

uhhh its actually more htan taht because NASA is in the USA and +8hrs is only from UK. That's why it's over 10hr time difference...

Sian liao... Singapore weather is really anti-astronomical event... every time overcast when there is something interesting to see on the sky.
