uh, so after looking through this thread, it is unsafe to even look at the sun through the VF?
 

NASA says its in the morning. why isit in the evening
 

it's most probably stated in international timings. u hav to consider the additional 8 hours for the local time in singapore.

uhhh its actually more htan taht because NASA is in the USA and +8hrs is only from UK. That's why it's over 10hr time difference...

Sian liao... :( Singapore weather is really anti-astronomical event... every time overcast when there is something interesting to see on the sky. :(

anyone has some solar filter to spare? Willing to share cost. I'll be using a 67mm lens.

Does shooting thru a CPL filter on EVF harms the cam as well??

LOl, now the brightness is like 7pm le.
